Terms of Service

By accessing or using the REAEGIS platform ("Service"), operated by Constellation Software Engineering, LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

REAEGIS is a compliance automation and security posture management platform designed for government contractors and enterprises requiring FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, and related compliance frameworks. The Service provides vulnerability scanning, evidence collection, policy evaluation, and Plan of Action & Milestones (POA&M) management capabilities.

3.1 Account Creation: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

3.3 Organizational Accounts: If you create an account on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account
• Use the Service to store or process data that you do not have rights to

5.1 Your Data: You retain all rights to the data you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

5.2 Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5.3 Compliance: The Service is designed to assist with compliance efforts but does not guarantee compliance with any specific framework or regulation. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service meets your compliance requirements.

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Constellation Software Engineering, LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our written permission.

7.1 Fees: You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated.

7.2 Changes: We may modify our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONSTELLATION SOFTWARE ENGINEERING, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data prior to termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
